Formed in early 2011 GRATAT started as a pure cover project called Gorilla Radio, but quickly we decided to wave our sound, what we would describe as southern-indie rock or doom-pop, under the flag of something called "Gorilla Radio And The Animal Transmission" or now known as "GRATAT".
You can see the band as a fluid collective of friends with the same vision.
Our sound is filled with "Crunch, Samples, Soul, Feet, Balls, Love..." and anything you can find deep inside our hearts.
This means that we bring our perspectives together and play the music we always wanted to do.
